Einen ganz lieben Gruß an das Guest Relation Team - Tanja und Veronique. Der Service war absolut erstklassig – professionell, freundlich und äußerst aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Absolut perfekt! Wunderschönes Hotel und tolle Lage. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber den spürbaren Fokus auf Qualität und Gastfreundschaft. Absolute Empfehlung.
Der Service ist wirklich gut, Personal gibt sich Mühe und Aufmerksam. Wir reisen zur Hauptreisezeit im August, natürlich ist es sehr voll und etwas lauter. Was aber auch zu entschuldigen ist, da es ein Familien-Hotel mit Kindern ist. Die Zimmer sind ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch erträglich. Trotzdem wünscht man sich bei einem so großen Resort ein wenig bessere Ausstattung und gerade die Betten sollten erneuert werden. Das Essen ist mittlere Kategorie, viel auf Englisches Publikum ausgelegt und einfach gehalten. Leider wenig nationale Spanische Küche.
Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille ! Proche de la mer, piscine, toboggan, club enfants, personnel super sympa, nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de ces premières vacances en famille . Point négatif : une seule table de ping-pong et en plus en extérieur, et salle de badminton pas disponible, en cas de mauvais temps cela limite les distractions. Le manque de respect de certains voyageurs, notamment au buffet, avec un gaspillage alimentaire consternant !
